  Decided to try this place a second time after a bad first experience and it was bad again. The first time, I ordered churos which was supposed to come with some dipping sauces. Instead they came with a bitter dark chocolate sauce poured on top, that was bad but the worst part was how horribly stale and hard and not edible they were. Opted to give them another shot lastnight and they did my order wrong. I wanted plant based and had to pay extra for it but they gave me pork instead. Won’t be trying this place a 3rd time.

  So yesterday (September 12) my 15 and 13 year old kids went to the Sage Hill Mucho Burrito to take advantage of the buy one get one free deal they were running. The kids attended and my daughter asked for a small and my son a regular, they were told while paying that the small did not qualify for the deal. (Which makes no sense) both children were upset at the size of burritos provided finding them incredibly small compared to other locations. Further when my son asked for a few more crispy onions (he felt they had been stingy with the initial) he was told that would count as 2 of his 4 veggies that he was allowed for the deal that they ended up not giving him. Overall I feel that the location took advantage of the kids knowing that they wouldn’t have the same push back from them for this deal. Very disappointing and seems like they are running deals that they will not fully honour by making small burritos or finding ways to not provide the deal, to bring back the customers they have likely already lost due to these same policies. My family will not be going back to this location.

  9/11/2026: Went with my wife from my residence at 6 pm. The patron ahead of me had multiple orders. The dude was restocking and the lady helping was cordial however very slow. While my two mucho burritos at half price were good, it took over an hour to get them. Perhaps get more staff so the orders don't take so long. I work in hospital and a diagnostic heart test takes half the time to get my food, in fact two patients could've been treated in the time it took to get my food. Perhaps if the burritos were $1 a piece I could justify the time spent, but over an hour? When the person making my food I was at that point just put everything on that doesn't cost extra, this is food, not brain surgery, the amount of time wasted for each choice is ridiculous, make the burrito so I can eat it. I will tell my wife I would rather go to McDonalds or Burger King, it is about as expensive and much much faster. I am putting 2 stars as the time it takes to get food when there was only one person in front of me getting multiple orders was more than the time it spends per patient at my medical job. Simply not worth the time.

  The worst Burrito I have ever had at Mucho. I wish they did follow the standards. No proper draining of beans or salsa, it was so watery and runny. Not properly closed as seen in photo Below. Charred both edges. Had to finish burrito with fork.
