Food was good but saw all the reviews from over a month ago saying the air conditioning was broken… visiting a month after these reviews I was hoping the issue would be resolved but when I went it was over 30° inside on a 20° day.

Bad, poor, unprofessional customer service, ignorant guy who works, has zero respect for customers, time 09:00pm day sep/18/2026, no wonder there is no customers at the store.

First time eating at Mucho Burrito and what a pleasant experience. Food was delicious & Ali was very welcoming! Will definitely be back.

I visited this location for the first time today and honestly, I was very disappointed. I ordered takeout and went home to eat it. Before I was even halfway through my meal, I found a piece of stone in my food, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable. On top of that, the overall taste was also quite off. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a good experience with Mucho Burrito anywhere in Alberta when it comes to their burritos or burrito bowls. I really hope the restaurant takes this kind of feedback seriously and pays more attention to food quality and preparation.

This is my favorite location in calgary and the food always tastes fresh. However, this time i went in and it was burning hot inside with no aircon. It is uncomfortable to stay and eat as it is hotter inside than outside. Poor working conditions for the workers, i hope they get it fixed soon!
