  At least wash your containers and lids. Very uncleaned location. If you care about your health Donot even think of this location. There was a significant buildup of unwashed containers and lids.” — if they had not ever been washed. So smelly location. I can not imagine kitchen. Need health and safety inspection

  Usually we buy here, but today experience was very bad because of the person who prepared our rice bowl has just filled only half of the bowl. It’s not just the qty which can happen sometimes , its the attitude which is not acceptable. Not planning to visit this shop again anymore just because of today’s experience.

  Me and my bf come here from time to time and every time Ali is working we are so happy to see him! He is a gentle giant! So kind, sweet, polite, professional, very good young man. He provides best service, I want to say in the whole city. He is generous with toppings. He makes the best burritos. Always have a great conversation. He's always happy and friendly. Honestly, the main reason we come back here, is because of him. And he's always busy, cleaning, or doing prep. We really love this guy! What a gem! He always makes us feel welcome. Outstanding customer service. We will always be coming back, as long as he's working there! Thank you, Ali! You are the Best!

  Dear Owner, I recently visited your Mucho Burrito location, and I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t running. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant, making it uncomfortable not only for customers but, more importantly, for your employees. I genuinely felt sorry for the staff who were working hard in such difficult conditions. Preparing food and serving customers in that level of heat must be exhausting. While customers can leave after a few minutes, your employees have to spend entire shifts there. I kindly request that you please turn on the air conditioning, or ensure the cooling system is working properly, at least for the well-being of your staff. Providing a comfortable and safe working environment is important, and it also creates a better experience for customers. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I hope you’ll consider addressing this issue as soon as possible.

  Food and service was great but could not enjoy the food inside, had to do take out because it was wayyyyyyy too hot. I asked the lady working why it was so hot in the restaurant and she said that the a/c wasn’t working. Which is super unfortunate, because she looked uncomfortable as well. Yet she still gave us amazing service!
