  So disappointed with Subway this evening. I placed an order through the Subway app for delivery, and there were issues with two items that the store apparently couldn’t make because they were out of certain ingredients. Instead of contacting me, the customer who placed and paid for the order, the store chose to communicate the issue through the delivery driver. This resulted in the poor driver being sent all over the place trying to sort out an issue that wasn’t his fault. I honestly don’t blame him for being frustrated. He was put in an awkward position because Subway apparently “couldn’t contact me” and could only contact the driver, despite my Subway account having all of my contact information, including my phone number. By the time everything was sorted out, my order was late, and the food arrived cold and soggy. I even attempted to cancel the order because of the issues caused by the restaurant, but I was told they couldn’t cancel it because they had already prepared most of the order. I’ve ordered through DoorDash plenty of times, and I’ve never had the delivery driver be responsible for communicating restaurant issues to me. The customer placed the order, the restaurant should be contacting the customer. The driver shouldn’t have to act as the middleman between the restaurant and the person who actually ordered the food. This entire situation could have been avoided with one simple phone call or message from the store. Instead, the driver was inconvenienced, my order was delayed, and I ended up with cold, soggy food. I understand that restaurants run out of items and that things happen. What’s frustrating is how this situation was handled. Better communication with the customer would have made a huge difference.

  I went for lunch and they were really busy. Staff welcomed with big smile. Cookies and Breads were freshly baked. Overall happy with food and great customer service by staff. Keep it up.

  Great experience at Subway! Amrit and Manpreet provided excellent customer service and were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They prepared everything fresh and made sure my order was exactly the way I wanted. Great service and a clean, pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!
