  I regularly use mobile ordering for fast-food apps, but this Subway location genuinely stands out from the rest. I placed a "Build Your Own" order through the app, and everything was prepared flawlessly. Sometimes customizable orders can get confusing, but the staff here followed every single one of my specific ingredient requests perfectly without missing a thing.When I walked in to grab my food, the customer service was absolutely incredible. The team was extremely welcoming, polite, and attentive, which made the pickup process seamless and pleasant. The sandwich itself was fantastic—the bread was perfectly soft and fresh, and all of the veggies and toppings were crisp and delicious. This location goes above and beyond with their service and quality, and I will definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommended!

  I had a stop at this subway while i was on my way to cold lake. I really like their customer service. They took extra care for hygiene and food. 5 stars for their interior and washrooms cleanliness.

  Dont order online if you want your order to be correct. But if you go in person, they are always lovely!

  One star is due to their lack of knowledge of the gluten-free protocol that we have experienced in every Subway in Alberta that we've eaten at over the past couple of years. They had a GF bun, but when my celiac partner asked which toppings he could have, the staffer said "none". Why she went to get the bun, if "none" of the toppings could be eaten with it, remains a total mystery. The staffer commented that "everyone knows our toppings are not gluten free". Tomatoes? Lettuce? Cheese? The glaring lack of knowledge was difficult to understand. When he asked if he could have a bowl (which he has enjoyed at other locations) he was told no. I cannot review the food at this location, because we left after that and went elsewhere for lunch. It appears staff education is not happening at this location.
