  Amrit is an excellent manager at Subway Bonnyville who supervises her team very effectively. The quality of the food is outstanding, and her team is friendly, professional, and courteous. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained. Amrit’s leadership creates a welcoming atmosphere, and she consistently provides excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

  Me and my friend went there at 10:58 PM, just 2 minutes before closing, and Glen was incredibly friendly and welcoming the entire time ❣️❣️ She kept smiling and had such a positive attitude, even though we stayed until 11:05 PM. I work in a restaurant myself, so I know how difficult it can be when customers come in right before closing. That’s why I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism even more. Employees like Glen make such a big difference, and she absolutely deserves recognition for her amazing service ❤️

  I think if you're going to be doing online orders maybe you should bring in support staff when it is busy. Standing in line for 30 minutes watching 8 subs get made before anyone in the line was asked what they want is unacceptable. The service was slower then ordering a meal at Mr.Mikes during lunch rush....now thats slow.

  The customer service here is always exceptional! The ladies at the counter always put a smile on my face and I genuinely enjoy having some laughs with them. They recognize me and have memorized my order which I think, in this type of fast paced, customer service environment is something you really do not see anymore. Shout out to Manpreet and Amrit for always allowing me to enjoy this experience.
