  One of the worst experience had with this person he asked me to buy something before use wash room, except other person just went and used it he didn’t ask any questions. I just wanted to wash my hands before order something, keep it up really quick way to lose customers and make sure to fix your customer service. Drove 20 min from work place have brunch and this happens.thank you for your best customer service.

  Sandwiches we had were quite good. However I was dismayed by seeing an automatic tip on my receipt. A tip is something that should be totally left to the discretion of the customer. For a business to add it automatically says to me that your business is listing the prices for the food falsely as the customer paid more than was advertised. It could also be interpreted as false advertising. Secondly, cut the grass out front so customers don't have to wade through knee high grass and weeds to get to your picnic tables. Your business has the appearance of being abandoned.

  Been coming to this subway for over 15 years and its always had great food and service, the owner is a very kind and personable guy and his staff have always been great. The restaurant looks amazing with the upgrades as well!

  I recently visited the Subway location in Black Diamond on Government Road, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service was not welcoming. The staff did not greet us with a smile or make us feel welcome, and there seemed to be communication difficulties when we tried to explain our order. I also noticed that the vegetables used in my sandwich did not look fresh. In particular, the tomatoes and lettuce appeared old and were not as fresh as I would expect. What was most disappointing was that after us, another customer was greeted very warmly and received much friendlier service, while we did not receive the same level of attention or hospitality. Every customer should be treated with the same respect and welcoming attitude, regardless of their background. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on providing consistent customer service and fresher ingredients for everyone."
