  **** Buyer beware **** No refund or credit issued!! I used the subway app to place a pickup order. It was sent to this location by mistake but I caught the error within seconds. The app did not allow me to make changes. The app did not provide a phone number for this store even though there was an option for one. I tried using the number provided in google and it only went to a generic voice mail, not even a store voicemail. I had no issue calling the location I intended to make the order. That store tried calling Beaumont subway and they had same issue. I submitted the issue using subway app and website. It was responded to by the Beaumont store owner with the following days later: “Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. I understand how frustrating it must have been to experience a technical difficulty in our app/website. I've shared your feedback with the appropriate team to help prevent this in the future. Thank you for choosing Subway®. Ravinder Sandhu store:16190-0 Subway®” The ticket was immediately closed and status changed to resolved (which it clearly was not). No refund or store credit. I was prompted to rate my experience. Again I shared the situation and said I would post this. No further follow up and it has been two weeks. So here I am. I will not buy from this store and I urge others not to as well.
