  Unfortunately, my experience was not very good. The manager’s attitude felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a vegetarian customer, I was concerned to see that the same gloves were being used after preparing a non-vegetarian sandwich. The gloves were only changed after we specifically requested it, which should have been done automatically to respect customers’ dietary preferences. There was also a new employee in training. I completely understand that everyone has a first day and appreciate the effort he was putting in. However, staff members should avoid wearing headphones while working to ensure they remain attentive to customers and food preparation standards. Additionally, the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread we received was slightly burnt, which affected the overall quality of the meal. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve customer service and food handling practices.

  Ordered a foot long and 6 inch veggie delight. And a guy name Dennis was serving a sub and we informed him that subway’s recipe has 3 slices of tomatoes in 6 inch and 6 slices of tomato’s in foot long. And he denied and was lying that he worked in the subway from last 4 years and recipe has only 2 slices in 6 inches and 4 slices in foot long and it was not even end to end. The thing is not about tomatoes it is about you need to learn things and cannot lie to a customer if a customer is paying full.
