  I entered this fine establishment and immediately noticed the spotless floors and and the perfect vibes. The worker was very friendly and accommodating.

  I arrived at 8:57 PM to buy a sandwich. The store’s posted closing time is 9:00 PM, but the employee had already locked the door. When I knocked, he told me they were closed, even though the “Open” sign was still on. Closing early and turning away customers before the posted closing time is disappointing and unprofessional.

  Best dining experiences ive ever had. As a student athlete of the high school across the street, subway has always been there for me when I’m sad, hungry at lunch, before or after games and any time I need a little pick me up. Truly thank you so much for being such a staple for our schools community.

  We ordered online on May 26th, and walked there to pick up. When we got there the lady said that everything was in the bag. We go home and not everything was in the bag, we were missing our sons cookies. I told him to take the receipt and go back (my son is 17). Long story short this lady argued that everything was in the bag and he was lying then she took the receipt saying she was going to check the cameras the next day. So basically she was accusing my son of lying and trying to get two free cookies so basically stealing. How dare you. I like the rest of the staff but will not be back because of her attitude towards my son. My son is a good kid and I raised him better than that.

  Yesterday evening we visited the store and it was extremely busy. The line was almost till the gate and there were many online orders too. But three staffs including the trainee are working accordingly to give the orders. I appreciate this kind of effort, they manage their work very efficiently. She also kept saying “sorry for the wait” to customers, which was really nice to see. We ordered sandwiches and everything was done well. We were very grateful for positive attitude during such a busy time. Thank you Palui and company! We will definitely come again!
