  Disappointing experience. The service was slow and the staff were not very helpful. My order was not prepared correctly, and when I mentioned the issue, it wasn’t handled professionally. I hope management looks into the customer service and order accuracy at this location.

  night shift (9:15pm ish) on aug 10th was weird. both employees weren’t wearing the uniform and the tvs were off, they were laughing between each other when i asked for access to the washroom and said they “forgot the keys.” really odd experience. one guy in a blue jays shirt, the other in a black nike hoodie.

  We placed a mobile order, and both subs were prepared incorrectly. Neither sandwich was toasted, one was missing cheese, and neither had any sauce. the employee told us that they now put the sauce on the bottom of the sandwich. That explanation didn't make sense because we had just watched the same employee prepare sandwiches for customers in the store by adding the sauce after the vegetables, which is the usual method. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled. Instead of taking responsibility and remaking the order, the staff argued, opened the sandwiches, and refused to properly correct the mistakes. As paying customers, we expected respectful service and a simple resolution. Management should address this, as poor customer service and inconsistent handling of mobile orders can drive loyal customers away.
