  I asked the worker, you have a deal in the window of foot longs under $10 but your menu board, the cold cut is over $10 before tax. She said it’s essentially the same thing. I said well it’s essentially false advertisement. Poor service.

  Ordered from the app. Meal was ready when we got there. The sandwich didn’t have the right amount of meat on it. We hade sweet onion teriyaki there was 6 pieces of meet on 6 inches. We also paid for extra cheese on 2 sandwiches which we didn’t get. Really bad subs

  Usually pick up Subway at this location, closer to home. The service is good and friendly, and the workers put an effort on doing your sub as you like. Last Wednesday it was Rajvir Kaur the person who attended me. She was courteous and very professional, cover every detail of my order and I was satisfied. One detail that bothered me a bit was the fact that, although there is a tipping option when you are paying using Interact/Card, the workers do not get to keep those tips, which made me feel a bit deceived by the ownership of this particular location. This is not the first time I asked different attendants and they all told me that they do not get to keep the tips (unless given in cash). The tips are for those doing the job, serving the Customers, and even if they are given via card payment, they should be separated at the end of the night and split among the workers. Maybe Subway (the Franchise) should take a look at this situation…
