  My wife just picked up some sandwiches from this location, and I love subway, but I have a couple problems. The worker who was there on June 13th 2026 at 6:15 took the sandwich out halfway through the bake. He proceeded to put minimal lettuce on it, and barely put anything else on it. I’ve had good sandwiches from this location, but that employee needs to be monitored.

  I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to Prabhjot, who was incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient. She made my sandwich perfectly with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Excellent customer service like this is rare, and Prabhjot truly made my visit memorable!

  Burnt bread. Took one bite and had to throw it out! Didn’t realize until I was back at work otherwise I would have gone back that day. Disappointed that somebody thought it was ok to serve this to a customer rather than throwing it out.

  So I tried to enter an order 30 minutes or more before closing. The order would not take when I called and asked them why they said they were closing at 10 o’clock. I said cool can I give you the order so I can pick it up before 10 o’clock and I got told if I couldn’t be there in 10 minutes that they would not take the order because they were closing And that they were not accepting any orders past 945. I understand that that’s late and everybody wants to go home, This is not customer service. This is I wanna go home and I don’t care that you’re trying to order food. I will never order anything from that subway If you guys don’t wanna work till 10 o’clock That’s cool change your open hours to 9 o’clock And lock the door at 9:01 And start your closing process then but If you say open till 10 o’clock, then you should be serving the full menu until 959. And again, I understand people want to go home, but those are your hours of operation. It doesn’t say your operation ends at 9:40.
