  There was only 1 customer when I went in. He was standing and waiting, the girl at the counter gave him a bag of subs and he said it wasnt his. She asked his name and then repeated the name on the bag that wasnt for him and she didnt understand what was wrong. A Few minutes later a previous customer came in with a bag that was not his order either. She confirmed names on the bags and switched them. The bag of subs that left the store, she did not remake for the customer, just said "here, go". I was making my sub, and i asked for shredded cheese, she continued to put habanaro, she huffed when I corrected her with the cheese I wanted, i asked for it to be toasted, she said the buns were just made and "already toasted" she would not toast my sub with the cheese. I was sitting down eating and an elderly couple came in (still no other customers or lines) and the gentleman was ordering and she was repeating everything he was saying absolutely incorrect, it took her over 10 minutes to get his 1 sub made. Absolutely ridiculous. Thats 3 people back to back that had issues with their orders and the same lady. Please look into this. I came around 7pm July 20th

  Disappointing Service and Incorrect Orders at a Empty Counter ​I dropped in for a standard cold cut combo, expecting the usual assortment of meats, but was served a sandwich containing nothing but ham. The careless assembly didn't stop there. Every topping we requested was almost thrown onto the bread without a shred of care or attention. ​My partner’s experience wasn't any better; she ordered a turkey footlong on white bread, only to receive the wrong bread type with the turkey also tossed inside. Ultimately, it was the most bland sandwich we’ve ever had. ​What makes this particularly frustrating is that the restaurant was completely empty. With no queue behind us and zero rush, there is simply no excuse for such lazy execution and failure to meet basic assembly requests. The one on east lake is much better, go there

  menu items aren’t available and there’s 1 person working while the whole place is busy…the other subway in airdrie has the same issue. Not acknowledged as I walked in. The worker just kept working on the online orders. Rude staff and long wait times for food.

  Literally closed well before 9pm all the time and the tall guy here is very rude and should not be in customer service, very lazy and not for the customers.
