  They give you half an egg and half sausage for the breakfast sandwich. They suck I walked out said I was going to Tim Hortons or at least I get a whole egg. I don’t recommend this place at all.

  I’ve been coming to this specific subway since I was a kid and to watch its slow descent into looking and feeling like a hospital waiting room makes me very sad. The staff has become very rude to in person customers and they almost seem upset when you try to order the old way. I came in today and she audibly scoffed at me, and got upset with me when I was taking time to search up my sisters order in our messages. She than ordered her colleague who seemed sweet to finish my order. It was really uncomfortable I don’t usually leave reviews on businesses but seeing i frequent this subway I’d hope to see a change… this was at 5pm on a Sunday in a completely empty building the one in black clothing. This is not the first time I have been treated this way at this subway. Also I swear they have pretending the don’t have crispy onions for like 3 months. Why is beyond me….

  Couldn’t quite give them 1-star as we’ve had several acceptable visits in the past. Today’s order, however, was unacceptable. Ordered online with a set pickup time. Arrived 5 minutes prior to pickup time as I like to make sure they are made fresh. Food was already made and waiting- pickup time was completely disregarded. Bread for both of the sandwiches was hard and clearly old. Probably should have been thrown out instead of given to a customer. Toppings on the sub were wrong- didn’t match our order at all. And the potatoes rings were overcooked and inedible- rock hard. Very unpleasant experience all around.

  As with another recent review I had the cold cut with similar toppings and am still regretting it two days later. Something's not quite right at the moment there.
