We use First On Site on a regular basis and have consistently had a great experience. Their team is quick to respond, and their detailed daily reports make managing projects much easier. Our representative, Josh, is outstanding. No matter the time or day, he is always available and responsive when we need assistance. Trilink accused us of having bed bugs when they came in to move our stuff. I knew it wasn’t true. I hired an exterminator, even though I was told they could take care of it, to come in and verify. There was not one single bed bug in my house or any signs of them. They were super unprofessional in handling the situation. I was told they had photos that were “unclear,” so I never saw those. By the time I got back to the property after being told of the bugs, everyone was gone and I still lacked proof. Conveniently, the company informed me they did offer pest services. I think it was a ploy to get more money out of me and my insurance company.

Need no stars! My business suffered fire and water damage and trilink showed up. Gave a guesstimate, promised to tarp the damage. When asked how they responded so fast I was told by the unprofessional sales team claimed they are partnered with the fire department. One of the firemen told me that was an absolute lie, they have a scanner. I confronted the Channel Development rep he left and never returned I left countless messages for owner R and his sales manager and neither ever returned calls. They prey on peoples emotions after a fire or disaster. During the time I was trying to reach ownership he was chasing hurricane damage on the east coast. I have a log book and phone filled with their excuses on why R never returned a call. Finally gave up after months of this and plan to file complaints with DKI who is their affiliate manager and OIG. They can reply all they want to this review it wont change my mind or the facts.
