The work is considered sub-par. Note ... Do not sign off on completion before you are satisfied - they will hold you to it - and still not finish work within the agreed timeframe.
The lack of transparency and communication issues are poor in my opinion.
There is damage to my home that I'm now responsible for fixing on my own. Damage to doors, walls and fixtures are unparalleled.
Best of luck to anyone who works with them.

Worst service ever. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Awful customer service, only work when you call to complain. The list goes on.

I will start by saying that the staff that actually came to my house to do the work were great. Very personable and professional. The rest of the company is not, though. One of their staff broke my attic ladder by accident and I was told they’d fix it. My attic has been open since as the ladder now prevents the door from closing. Their QC lady called me weekly asking how things were going and I had to repeatedly remind her that my attic ladder still needed to be fixed or replaced. She said they’d get it done every time. Once they were done with the rest of the demo, it was radio silence. Still haven’t bothered to fix or replace my attic ladder as I was repeatedly told. This occurred in late June or early July. It is now almost January. My heating and cooling bills have been insane due to this. I’m probably just going to have to replace it myself and bill them for the amount or take them to small claims court. I hope I’m the only one that has had issues like this with them.
Update: As of last week, they finally got my attic ladder back up so I can close the door. Broken in June, finally fixed in February.
I should add that their staff claimed they had called me multiple times and left me numerous voicemails. I hadn’t received any. I literally sent them the screenshots of my missed call and voicemail log showing I hadn’t been called or left any messages and they suddenly dropped the issue and finally scheduled a time with me. I’d only communicate via email with them whenever possible so you have a paper trail.
