    Local phone number is redirected to a call centre where you have to describe the problem to someone who responds as if they had never even ridden in an elevator before. They then direct the call back to a local "Rep" and you get an answering machine to leave a message. To his credit, he did respond within 8 hours, but unfortunately he was not able to help with our situation either. I had to go elsewhere anyway.
