  There service techs must get their certificates out of a cereal box. Fix an elevator and its broken 2 days later again or the opposite one goes down. Pathetic.

  Took them 6 months to fix our elevator just to shut our other one down. Definitely wouldn't hire this company

  I live in a brand new Tricar building... the elevators horrible, so noisy. Unfortunately my units near it and the banging banging banging is driving me nuts. ThyssenKrupp comes and fixes and it’ll be “ok” for a while but then it always degrades. Figure it out!!! It’s so ridiculous.
