  If I could give a zero right now I would absolutely livid just received a $220 invoice plus GST as a fuel serve charge! What a cash grab and a there's no evidence or suggestion of a rebate once gas prices go down. Everybody's hurting, not just businesses, due to high fuel charges. Adjust your bottom line, maybe lower your profit margins for one year. No keep the profits as high as possible and add to them at the consumers expense. DISGUSTING PRACTICE!!

  These folks do our monthly inspections. I had planned 2 weeks prior for them to attend our apartments as we were getting a new fire panel and they needed to attend. After 2 phone calls they finally showed up but 2 hours late. Seemed pointless trying to arrange them in advance.
