  This is straight-up one of the shadiest, most corrupt companies you'll ever come across. They deliberately keep the elevator broken for months on end to pressure the building into buying a brand-new one. They agreed to service calls and then never showed up. The fact that this sleazy outfit is still in business is a proof that both the company and the whole industry are rotten to the core.
