  Absolute garbage company. Holds its clients hostage with exorbitant wait times for proprietary parts that seemingly do not exist. I recently moved into a 40 story apartment with 3 TK elevators. In my 4 months of living here, 2 have been broken on and off consistently throughout the past. One elevator for a 40 story building with seniors living inside is a safety hazard and a serious problem. What are we doing guys? Terrible company.

  The worst service providers. Save your money for a different repair place. The fix worked for a couple hours of that. When called to let them know the fix didn’t work, they said they can’t come out until the following week. We have elderly and disabled people in our building who can’t go down five flights of stairs, and these guys are in no rush. I have no idea how they’re staying in business

  This guys have a contract with the building I live in and let me just tell you that every time they come you have to be cleaning after them! They leave their hands with grease in the walls, elevator doors etc. The most important of all thing is since this guys service our elevators they've never worked properly and keep braking every other week! Unfortunately there's not many elevator companies in town, they have kind of a monopoly but i would definitely stay away from this one
