  So pleased with the long term contract we have shared with Thyssenkrupp over the past many years. Outstanding service from all departments. John , our service tech is an amazing young man, his knowledge along with his cheerful customer service skills is certainly an asset to our building and the company.

  This mechanic parks vip right beside the elevator in underground parking, vehicles are having trouble getting by, trucks have to turn around and drive across to the other side of the building to enter and I called to let them know and I can’t get a hold of anybody... @ll:30 in the morning.. our elevators are the Slowest moving things out there but I don’t think I can blame them for that haha.
