  Elevators always break down and take forever to fix. I do not recommend any business putting these elevators in their buildings

  Really appreciated TK Elevator van tailgating me while I was driving (no I wasn't driving slow at all) on 17th Ave this morning. Great way of repping the company! :)

  The workers of this company are people with no values that all. Every day driving like a crazy on dowtwon, I already put a report to the police be careful with this driver with plate CKJ-0682.

  Thank you! Thank you! You were so kind and compassionate helping my grandchild retrieve her keys that ended up down the elevator shaft. In less than an hour she had them in hand. She had been under so much stress and this was just another thing to worry about. Your AMAZING staff both in office and in the field are truly wonderful.

  Absolutely abysmal elevator company. Like almost comically bad. Our elevator kept stalling and TRAPPING people inside. They would not respond to the emergency call button and sometimes take over a HOUR to arrive while people were stuck! For months now rarely does 48hrs go by without the elevator breaking down. Our condo board directed TKE several times NOT to turn the elevator back on without Board approval, as we were having to call the fire department to pry trapped people out of it on a weekly basis. TKE kept saying they fixed the problem and assuring the Board that it was safe to turn on and then it would trap someone again. This happened SEVEN times in 6 weeks. We kept telling them the elevator wasn’t safe they kept assuring us it was fixed. They also keep parking on the building’s ramp and BLOCKING our parkade with their vehicles even though we have REPEATEDLY told them they cannot park there. This has happened DOZENS of times! Our contract is FINALLY up with them next month and we will NEVER use them again. DO NOT USE TKE!!! They are AWFUL
