  Incompetent managers and service quality. As a building manager for a large residential apartment downtown, I couldn't suggest avoiding this company more. I've been given the run around for about a month, with no follow-ups or service reports on an elevator that's been down for over a month.

  The most useless company on the planet. Figure out your elevator repair services as that's what you "specialize in". Incompetent from top to bottom. We have had an elevator down for over ONE YEAR and no solution. Clear lack of knowledge or care.

  Lots of other reviews on here about employee(s) unsafe driving. I had the misfortune of being stuck in traffic on Crowchild this afternoon due to a serious accident. All traffic was being rerouted off 32 Ave. When i tried to merge to the right hand lane (along with everyone else) a man driving a TK Elevator truck not only refused to let me in, but also gave me the finger. I could not imagine trusting this company to repair an elevator!

  Almost got stuck in the elevator as they were doing testing and didn't bother to put up signs to let us know. Called into the customer service line and was told did I let the building manager know.
