  Absolutely amazing service from the Geek Squad team! Specifically thank you to Brian who went above and beyond to help me out with my many laptop issues and remained patient and offered me insight throughout the process. If you need a team who is willing to put the time and effort into helping you then this is the one. The team is kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. 100% would recommend :) thanks for the help guys!

  Amazing service for all of my devices, including setting up my computers and my television. Very friendly and very helpful. Thanks, Pierre-Paul, for your awesome job setting up our television on the wall bracket. It was a joy seeing how professional you were in installing it and doing all our settings, and explaining everything to us about how to use it!

  The waiting times for help are unorganized and sometimes very long. Even if it's just for something simple. They don't have a system in place to attend orders based on the request length. Also the employees are annoying with their protection plan upsells! I don't know how they managed to make me say yes so many times!@
