Not only did he resolve my original issue quickly and professionally, but he also identified a much better solution that saved me both time and money. His expertise, patience, and genuine commitment to helping customers really stood out. I left feeling extremely satisfied and confident, and Tushar is now my go-to person at Best Buy and Geek Squad.   Horrible . We payed them geek squad 200 dollars to set up our new computer and we can’t even get access to our information properly now they want more money to fix it up . Stay away from these scam artists .

  Worst customer service at any Besbuy location. I went to this Geek Squad to sign up for their membership. They allow other customers to walk infront of you in-line and they don't care or say anything about it. They just start servicing them and make you wait. They have no care for their customers time. I waited in line for 30 mins before I could get a chance to speak to anyone. I even called ahead of time. My last time coming back here.
