  I am very appreciative of the effort displayed by Rohith and Iman in their removing a nasty virus from my phone. It was quite challenging and they succeeded all the while being very patient with a tech challenged senior. Thank you and I highly recommend Geek Squad on Merivale.

  I'm older and definitely not a computer person. I find the Geek Squad very helpful. Today Iman went out of his way to help me. Very patient, calm and understanding. I hope Iman is there next time I need help.

  My laptop, which is at the center of my universe, would not boot when I allowed the battery to run out. Desperate after running through all of the diagnostics and repair routines I could find online, I brought my laptop to the BestBuy Geeksquad on Merivale Rd. in Ottawa. Although the fix wasn't simple, Iman with support from his colleagues in Toronto solved the puzzle. Iman is a star. I couldn't be more impressed.

  Two days ago, I finally got fed up with my new Lenova computer and took it in for servicing, along with an old backup HP laptop. I spoke to Anupam, who explained the process for backups. Twenty-four hours later, I was able to pick up the backed-up HP. Iman spent over an hour with me, making sure that the HP was set up to my specifications. He was patient and thorough and I'm very grateful for his assistance. Don't know what I'd do without my friendly Geeks!
