All of the Technicians have been great and helpful but I have now dealt with Gurpreat on the last 3 occasions, and he has now become my favourite. They is no question too simple that I feel silly asking him, and he takes the time to explain. I have not had any bad experiences with any of the Geek squad but, 'Kudos to Gurpreat'.

- MGMark GuirguisJan 21, 20221.0Some of the worst customer service I have EVER received. And just because they couldn't find my warranty, I had to make a phone call and sat alone for 20 mins on a cubicle just to do something THEY THEMSELVES COULD HAVE DONE in 2 minutes. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
