  Geek squad is a big trouble to deal with!! I got the anti-virus for my asus vivobook 15, and they are constantly telling me to wait until next day and my mom want a iMac m4 and it sold out!! So we’ve gotta wait until the iMac comes in so we can pickup the computers!!!! So never going to geek squad again!!! But aswin at Best Buy helped out a lot he is funny and interactive!!

  Bought a new laptop and it was having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. I had Geek Protection Plan for $22.59/mo so every few weeks I would have to use support to fix issues with my brand new laptop. I tried to get support after two and a half years and they told me my account was not up to date, even as I looked at my last two payments while on the phone. I cancelled two days later. Removed Best Buy anti virus and haven't had a problem since. I gave them more than $650 and I feel dirty. They even gave me an obligatory extra over charge of $32 NEVER AGAIN

  Worst service. Don't go there. I have to visit them twice for phone screen protector replacement. 1st time after 40 minutes, they said our machine is broken. Went back after a few days and they installed screen protector, which have scratch/lines throughout the protector. As soon as i informed them, they took my phone and came back in 2 minutes and said it will go away after a few hours of use. Seriously!!! They think every one fool out there. Will not go back again there. ZERO star for technician attitude and service. Two technicans were laughing at me, including the one who wasted my 40 minutes for the first time. For me, It was more likely she was laughing on her own stupidity and inability to do her job what she was hired for. 🤣 🤣 🤣
