  Went in with my wife and the customer service was terrible. Turns out the guy who "helped" us doesn't even work in Geek Squad. Why is he even at the Geek Squad???

  I got a callback today, Sunday, for a matter they were trying to fix. They had the wrong email on file for a product they pushed at the time of sale, and because of the nice kid, I accepted. Now they continuously bill me randomly without warning or invoice. Today I just got word my aunt is in the hospital and it’s Sunday. I asked if he could call back another day. He said No and continued talking. How rude. I ended up closing the conversation as politely as I could as he talked on. What is with these people? Where is the courtesy in customer service?

  Brought my work laptop here to see if they can find parts and would be able to repair it. Technician didn’t even want to look for parts as he just said it would be a waste of his time if I am not willing to leave my work laptop for 4-8 “business days” to have hinge replaced. It surely doesn’t take 4-8 days to replace the hinge. I asked if I can bring my laptop there once the parts have arrived but he said no. I asked if they can put a rush order on fixing, he said no. I cannot afford to work without the laptop for over 8 business days. Customer service at geek squad needs to improve. You can’t be talking to paying customers that way. If you can’t repair it on the same day, that’s understandable. But you can certainly give appointment of the day when you could do it, especially for tasks like hinge repair! Anyhow, found a local place to be able to repair it on the same day once the hinge arrives at that place.

  Been pretty stressed about getting my laptop repaired. Had Ray help me out with the whole process and they were fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Glad I was able to get the help I needed with as little stress as possible!
