  save your time&money,do not go to them,my laptop was good only for a month and then is down again,was there 3 times for the same problem,no wortht it at all for $200.

  Amazing service from Spencer and Austin at Stone Church Rd. East Store. Very happy with the honouring of our warranty and then some. And excellent customer service managing a rude, demeaning customer, and still helping us and her- Spencer and Logan. Above and beyond customer care.

  I brought my laptop in for servicing. Was told to get the annual membership. Within an hour got a call back saying they can’t fix it or back it up. Had already paid the 300$ and called to cancel my membership but since it was 2 days after the 30 days I had to pay to cancel membership. So was told my plan will auto renew for next year if I don’t cancel it. (But can’t do it now cause I’ll be charged an early fee!!)My friend was able to back-up my laptop and do exactly what the geek squad claimed they could do. DONT USE GEEK SQUAD, it’s a waste of money!!!!!

  When I went into Best Buy to drop off my laptop Angel came over to find out what I needed from the Gueek Squad so they would know what to do for me. I explained to him what I was having problems with my laptop and he told I would get it back in approximately 3 days. He was very pleased too see that I remembered to bring the power cord for my laptop. I received a call from Zain 2 days later after they had done their diagnostics on my laptop and told me I needed a new hard drive. This would make my laptop run like it was brand new again . I asked him what would the cost would be and he said you only pay for the hard drive and because you have a Geek Squad membership the labour was free. So Zain called me the next day to let me know that my laptop was working like it should. Zain received me at the store and processed my bill and asked me if I would like an extended warranty on the new hard drive and I agreed to the warranty. Both Angel and Zain were were great and answered all my concerns about my laptop. My hard drive was old and it was too slow and now my laptop works like it should. Thank you both for making my laptop feel like it is brand new again.
