  Olivia and Fernando helped me with my lap top today. They were very polite and patient with me. They were very knowledgeable and if they standard repair approach didn't work they brainstormed and tried multiple different approaches until it was fixed. Extremely proffessional. I will defenately come back. Also they didn't make me feel bad for not knowing how to fix it myself.

  I tried phoning the number I was given to reach the geek squad while making a purchase. I called during business hours to get some help from the geek squad to print a document but I got a long automated sales pitch of products and services with websites or other resources to click on but no one ever picked up the phone. There wasn't a list of extensions to reach various departments. Near the very end a phone number was repeated to reach the 24/7 geek squad but I'm not able to memorize that number while it's being rhymed off quickly. Finally the phone call ended and disconnected. Thanks for nothing. I went into the store to clear up a complaint about being given a phone number that no one answered. The attendant at the customer service desk told me the number was old. I asked how old. The reply was "about two years"!? Just as that was happening a sales associate we dealt with before arrived and having heard was just said had a face like she got caught with her pants down. It was either her or a Geek Squad representative I got the phone number from during a sale. The sales rep was sweet as pie during the sale but didn't acknowledge nor apologized for the mistake. Interactions like this with business people negatively affect my day.

  DO NOT GET THIS. They told us it would protect our computer for life. Our computer broke and they are telling us that it is too old so they couldn't get parts if they wanted to. When we bought it we were told that if it becomes obsolete, it would be replaced with something of equal value. Total BS. They sold it as insurance. DON'T be deceived like I was
