  Geek squad when you do home visits just to check what the client wants done you should be writing down everything that was discussed with the client and want is being done. You should have double sided paper. One to bring to best buy/geek squad and one the customers keeps. Its better then trying to remember what you and the geek squad talked about. Not everyone is tech savvy. Also the notes at geek squad at best buy isn’t very good either. Needs improvement.

  Do not buy geek squad warranty. They well take your money and help you. Oh but they well help you out for more of your money.

  Dont waist your time going there. Dont bring your computer there. They don't do anything anymore! They were great 4-5 years ago, now if your smart you will bring your computer to your 8yr old child to get it fixed. I seen 1 positive review, I must say it sounded like the woman that runs things!

  I went in to Brantford Geek Squad on Feb 26th at approximately 1:30 for help with my ipad. Chris provided quick and excellent service. He took the time to listen and quickly made the small repair but meant alot to me as i depend upon my ipad. Great job to Chris. 5 stars.
