  Brought my cellphone to geek squad with a virus. Spoke to a pleasant young man named Allen. He was confident that he could fix it. Took him all of 5 minutes to do the fix. Highly reccommend this place.

  2026 Summer: 1/5 - Called for help with my desktop, went through their auto survey on what was the issue, they then said they would, 'transfer me to their support team', and promptly hung up, lol...so I guess I should go elsewhere eh, SMH...

  The Geek Squad come to install and calibrate my new TV, and they did an outstanding job! They were professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. The TV was mounted securely and looks fantastic, and the calibration has made a huge difference in picture quality. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Geek Squad to anyone looking for a smooth, worry-free installation.

  I purchased a tablet for my sister who is new to technology and paid for Geek Squad coverage. When asking for a short training session upon setting up the tablet I was told it would be a extra $50. and we would have to come back later. We came back the next day and were advised they don't provide training. I requested my $50. be returned and they complied but didn't explain why I was charged in the first place. I also requested advice on my own tablet and was told nothing could be done to fix my issue. I left and called my nephew who fixed the issue immediately. I am not at all impressed with Geek Squad.

  Took my MacBook here to try and have malware removed from it. Spent $30 for them to run a program and remove what they could but it was unsuccessful. I received a phone call with a request to back up, wipe and reinstall my operating system. They wanted $229. I picked my computer up and took it to the Apple store in Newmarket to have the same thing completed for free. I get that geek squad is a business but I find that price a little too steep for what I say and waited for the Apple store to complete. I caution you to do your homework before just turning your computer over to Geek squad!!!
