  I took my computer in because it kept crashing and told them I think it might be overheating but I’m not sure. They told me they had to wipe all my data to fix it. So they wiped it and called me back saying they couldn’t figure it out but that it was fixed. After 5 minutes of using it again it started crashing again… I took it somewhere else and they said that it was overheating after looking at it for 30 minutes…..

  They stole hundreds of dollars from me by continuing to charge me for a protection plan that was obsolete. When I went in to use it they wanted me to pay to use the plan I had already been paying for. When I asked for a refund because they had been charging me for something I couldn't use they refused and then offered to "maybe" cover the cost of any repairs I might need. DO NOT USE THEM

  Got upsold and it was a bit fishy. Went in for a $40 repair and paid another $130 to fix it but all they did was jiggle some parts around and apparently they needed to delete and reinstall the operating system but couldn't tell me why.
