  Quinn has made my experience here absolutely incredible! He was patient to troubleshoot what was going on with my computer's charging and the team there seemed to work great together too. So grateful for his help and the beautifully laid out store. One of the other team members had helped me find a screen protector too when the one I wanted wasn't in stock. All of my electronic needs have been met! Thank you Quinn and the entire team! ♡

  it is impossible to speak to an actual human when navigating their phone support system. it is infuriating. best buy sells technical solutions, yet their own systems show a complete and utter disregard for their purpose and the people they serve. edit: thanks geek squad. i was hoping that your response would direct me to use the same convoluted system that compelled me to give you a one star review. unbelievable.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I paid for a huge extended warranty and when i needed a TINY bit of help they refused.

  I reviewed this place as 1 star several months ago due to their hidden $200 menbership fee. And yet I found my review has been deleted by some one. So here is another one! You are welcome. Your company deserved this. And pls guys, don't ever buy any Geek Squad plan. I will be back to check my review in the future.
