  I mean I’m ok WITH GEEK SQUAD they are fine my experience but who interested for the protection plan The best buy policy here is they lie to customer about that monthly plan but actually it charge when you cancel if the plan been cancel they charge you the fee rest of the month Change 2 star to 1 cause I don’t want the rate seems higher

  If there were a zero star rating that's what I would place it at. The employee was not helpful at all! And VERY MISLEADING!! I went in there hoping to get my laptop fixed which I now know just had a problem with the new OS windows update that went wrong. I went in to just see if they could get my files and when the employee checked he told me my hard drive was dying and all my files are just gone! This was ridiculous! I went and got it checked somewhere else and they recovered my files literally two days and I have everything now and there was nothing wrong with my hard drive in the first place! This geek squad almost scammed me! I do not recommend this at all! NEVER GO HERE!

  Do not take a Geek Squad offer unless you plan on making steady use of it. It is not as easy to get out of a membership as they say. It is not as easy as a phonecall. They will charge you a penalty fee.
