  What started as an a great weekend has turned into a very frustrating and challenging experience. I purchased a tv at a store for a Father’s Day gift and to pick up from the distribution center. The website says they are open 9-1 on Fridays and 9-5 Monday. This is not the case. Staff have tried to contact this store and were not able to get a hold of anyone in the building meanwhile the parking lot is full of cars. I have driven in and wasted 4 hours of my time but we are not able to get ahold of anyone in Best Buy Distribution Center to confirm their open hours. Frustrated. Please update the website to reflect your hours.

  Good prices. But why are the manager and most employees here absolutely miserable with their jobs? Clearly Best Buy doesn’t put distribution centre employees through any basic service training
