  Try to call in to ask questions just to have a Robot answer and all leads to dead ends called a few times answering different each time still get dead ends like they cant hire someone to answer a call? Waste of time

  I went to Best Buy Kelowna Friday afternoon with a phone that the screen was completely blank .The phone is 4 years old so I fully expected I needed a new phone and a data transfer which I've before . The young man said data transfer was impossible if the screen is out and recommended i go to some repair stores. I commented i have been to all 3 before and found them largely unhelpful and a new phone was the better option. He maintained all the data was unretrievable.I walked to the phone counter were a nice young lady Lui sold me a phone and transferred the data in part for 39 $ fee and wrote down the instructions for me to continue the install at my home with my iPad which was easily done .I was out in 20 minutes with Lui's assistance .

  Terrible service. Brought my PC in for a repair, employee told my it was most likely an operating system issue and the repair would be the same cost as a membership so got upsold on the membership only to find out it is a motherboard issue they can do nothing about. Tried to call back for more information and can't even speak to a person and the automated system is no help. Save yourself a lot of headache and do not spend money at Best Buy or waste money on their useless membership. Lesson learned I will never spend money at Best Buy again, bring back Future Shop.
