  I have used the Geek Squad several times over the past few years. I have never had any issues; sometimes the line is busy, but they call back. They have always been able to fix my computer issues.

  Just the absolute worst company. I’ve been paying for protection on my computer for four years. They cancelled my subscription and never notified me and now when it’s time to replace my computer I can’t use my protection plan because they cancelled it. Price paid to have my computer safe and replaced if needed $1523.68 to this day. Do I get my money back, no, can I use any of it, absolutely not. They just use and abuse the person spending the money.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I can agree with others that say they take your money for services not rendered. I was just in an online chat with a customer service representative and she abruptly ended the chat as I was asking questions. I do hope head office reads this review and contacts me as I have the chat saved. Buyer beware.

  Drop off phone for screen protector replacement they say over 20 minutes I come back 45 minutes later they haven't even started. By that time I just took my phone and left
