  Great Service! Super helpful and effective. Got me an amazing deal on a new laptop, transferred all my old stuff over like a breeze and then initiated all my backups from the remote Geek Squad which was efficient and now I finally feel like I have proper storage and backup. And got on a new phone plan which I love! Intelligent staff, communicated well and got all my needs met.

  Didn't get any proper help in fixing printer I will try to go in best buy and talk to somebody over the counter because I have a membership with them for about 4 years extremely not happy I spent over 500 dollars on the purchase of the printer

  Really disappointed with thier service. It's all front! When they offer you the service it's full of beautiful deals, when you make a claim nobody wants to talk to you and the promises are not there anymore - you even eded up paying more! this is a scam. I've been paying religiously every month for 2 years but ended up being disappointed!
