  Had an amazing help from the geek squad tonight even tho it was a 40 to 90min wait you just have to wait and be patient did not get an error warning for the game they helped me out with just went right to verify

  Terrible, at the store when the service member got me to sign up there was no mention of a fee I would have to pay. I was told I could cancel anytime. They lock you in for an entire year. Everytime I tried to use the online service it would freeze up and not work. When I went to the store to fix my printer they were trying not to help me, saying that this is something I should be doing at home. DON'T SIGN UP! WORST SERVICE EVER!

  I have been getting harassing emails from geek squad telling me that I paid $349. 00 and I can’t get anybody to knock this off. I’m tired of this. I didn’t request anything. I didn’t order anything at all. So beware.

  I was just quoted $450 plus tax to install a 65" TV on an existing universal wall mount. That price is absurd.

  My grandmother came in with a MacBook Air, she was having troubles logging in. She gave these guys her password, and they claimed they tried several variations of her password in ‘an attempt’ to get logged in, they said her computer would have to be completely wiped to factory settings and was going to charge her $200 to do so. Worried about what she would lose, she left and called me. I came over to her house and within 2 minutes I was logged into her computer with the same password she had given them and had it up and running. I don’t know what the hell those guys were doing, but it sounds like they were trying to take advantage of my poor grandmother who clearly didn’t know much about her computer. Shame on you geek squad!
