- WCWanda CJun 18, 20251.0Went in on June 16 @ 311pm to Geek Squad in the Lethbridge Best Buy and stood at the counter waiting for help. In the 10 mins I waited the clerk looked at me but did not acknowledged me or offer to help. I then LEFT. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
- AMAdam McDougallJan 17, 20241.0The overall experience with Bestbuy and Geek Squad is some of the WORST customer service I have even encountered. having full protection insurance on a dryer that has stopped working twice in 3 years has been nothing but trouble and issues dealing with. nobody gets back to you...you cant talk to anyone....there is ZERO communication. if you are going to buy anything at Best buy, save yourself a headache and find it somewhere else even if it is more money. the geek squad protection is AWFUL!!! I will never recommend and will never purchase anything from there again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME.
