  I cannot get through to speak to a live person and going to the store is difficult for me at this time. I’ve been trying to contact someone since April and the run around with the warranty and steps required is beyond stupid. I don’t even think it went through properly and simply want to speak to a LIVE person. If anyone from Best Buy can reach out to me that would be great. Really hate the automated system.

  If your pc is broken, don’t expect them to tell you how to fix it. I had more help with people on reddit than in the 3 days they had my pc for. No progress or check in. Paid $60 for them to basically turn around and say “hey! theres nothing wrong with your pc!” and the problem was still there

  Went to pickup a floor model laptop that my Mother had purchased, it was being setup through Geek Squad. I was told it was ready for pickup, came in, the security tag was still on it and needed to be processed. I waited, and waited, and waited a bit more. The man that brought the laptop back to the counter, had scratched the top of my mother's laptop in the space that had held the security tag, as instead of being a safe release tag of any kind, it had to be pried off with a scraping tool. And after all of this, it was covered with dust visibly showing that nobody had even bothered to clean it. I'm furious.

  Geek squad was great, My kids done for there online school, No need this time, If i need in the future i will choose geek squad, Its helpful for me.

  Long lineup, and they don't repair PS4's. Had to steal a chair because I rely on a cane to stand and walk. When I was eventually helped, they helped me find a place to get my PS4 fixed.
