  Terrible experience with Geek Squad. The front desk staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I explained to her that only part of my keyboard stopped working after impact and that it was likely a loose ribbon cable. I simply asked if they could diagnose it first before pushing for expensive repairs. Instead, she immediately said there was “nothing they could do” and insisted that I ship the laptop all the way to the Best Buy repair center in Vancouver for inspection and repair. The whole interaction felt impatient and arrogant, like they didn’t even want to look at the laptop. I later went to a local computer repair shop, and they fixed the issue almost immediately by reconnecting the keyboard ribbon cable. No motherboard issue, no full keyboard replacement, no shipping required. Completely wasted my time. Very disappointing customer service and zero effort to actually diagnose a simple issue.

  I had a membership for an Asus G14 zephyrus laptop since 2021. My laptop’s been overheating and I have a bit of experience with computers as I have a pc as well. I just had the membership as I didn’t wanna deal with gaming laptop problems. I told the guy my pc is overheating and it evidently dusty on the inside. I then added maybe reapply of thermal paste. He said no which is fine but he didn’t even address the overheating issues. He referred me to another shop that deals with phones. So why bother with the membership? The guy is clearly advertising other people’s business and I’m 100% sure that’s illegal. That’s besides the point. You’re telling me any of the 4 computer techs can’t open my 14 inch entry level gaming laptop for internal cleaning? Absurb. Ridiculous customer service.

  Bought the service to put the screen protector and during the first 30 minutes the guy was so bad he was not able to finish the job, worst than that he needed to get another screen protector since the one he was putting had too many bubbles. After 20 more minutes on his second attempt, he just gives me my new phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro) with some bubbles. Took 50 minutes for their absolutely pathetic service, still some bubbles on my screen, and $10. Absolutely not worth it. Don't go there

  Awful service. Stood in line for half an hour looking at a bunch of very disinterested and lazy looking people. I finally left with my 82 year old father as they didn’t seem interested in doing any business.
