He made sure that I got that best phone for my needs and set me up with a great plan. He was very informative and his customer service was great. Now, when it comes to the store in general, I cannot get over how poorly they treat their staff. I don’t know if the women who was there when I went in during Black Friday was the general manager or a manager but her and her male counterpart were so rude and condensing towards customers and towards their own staff. I could not believe that they were speaking to them in that way. But again, thanks to Dylan and Beth for being great :)
