  This has been the worst service experience we’ve ever had. When we signed up for home internet, we asked the agent multiple times if the price would ever increase, and we were clearly told no each time. We relied on that promise when making our decision. After a few months, the price went up by $4, and then again this year by another $3. This is completely unacceptable and feels misleading. We wanted to cancel, but unfortunately we’re tied into contracts for two mobile lines, so we’re forced to stay for now. As soon as those contracts are over, we will be leaving and will never sign up with this company again. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty and transparency.
