Ironic considering the business. I had to go in to pick up a new SIM card only to find out that they didn’t have SIM cards in stock. If they had answered the phone, it would’ve saved me an afternoon.

Le garçon blond n’avait pas le système en question ET était incapable de m’aider… Pas capable de joindre quelqu’un chez BELL… Attitude nonchalante, « je m’enfoutisme ». Être propriétaire de cette entreprise je l’aurais viré!

Cette boutique vend la e-sim 40$, et nous réfère ensuite à la boutique Bell du Centre-Eaton pour régler les transfères d’activation de e-sim. Rendu au Bell Centre-Eaton ils nous règlent le transfère et nous disent que la carte e-sim est 10$ ici!!! Ils expliquent que les franchisés comme Bell sur rue St-Denis peut facturer 4 fois plus 40$ pour une e-sim!!! Donc c’est si la proximité de la rue Saint-Denis pour achat d’un cel vous accomode: profitez-en. Si anyway c’est le centre-eaton qui peut régler votre problème, n’achetez pas la e-sim à 40$ que St-Denis vous suggère!
