    I had ordered a full sized bed frame that lift up the mattress for extra storage..since I live in a tiny suite....they only made 1 attempt to deliver , I was at work...when I got home, they left me a notice that it was a final attempt! Unacceptable! The package is very heavy and I only have myself to pick it up! And it had snowed last night making it more hazardous since I have to drive a long way to get it! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
