One of your employees took my phone number off a package and used it to ask me out (paragraphs worth of text) almost a month after I sent my package. Very happy I did not use my home address. Called customer service and they did nothing about.

Didn’t even try to deliver my IKEA package, they received it then immediately said they couldn’t deliver it, and was forced to pick it up. When I asked about why, they said the pick up point refused the package, but when I asked the pickup point guy he said sometimes they don’t drop stuff off and they FedEx decides if will drop it off or not, he also have many other ikea package that were much bigger then my package and mine wasn’t heavy or big so the delivery person is just lazy. Will be filing a complaint.

This entire company has the WORST customer service and communication issues I’ve ever seen. The website is useless, trying to get ahold of someone is impossible and then when you finally do no one has any idea what’s going on.
I was expecting a delivery and they said they attempted it but I wasn’t home, which wasn’t true, then no one left a tag and when I called to find out where it was not a single person i talked had any idea what’s was going on.
This isn’t even the first time I’ve had a problem with FedEx. Just the worst. Never use them for anything if you can help it.

They say they deliver packages, but they won't! they never ring the doorbell at my apartment!
This has happened to me twice. The first time, I let it pass. But this time, I need to speak up.
I had an order from Walmart, and according to the tracking, it was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday (April 22). I left work early and waited, but there was no door buzzer. Instead, the courier marked it as “not delivered due to security reasons” at 12:07 PM. Then an hour later, it was updated again to “attempted delivery,” which is completely inaccurate.
By 5:01 PM, the status changed to “available for pickup at the FedEx facility.” So today, I went to pick it up. The box was even labeled “out of town delivery.” Since when is South Albert St. considered out of town in Regina?
Very disappointing service.
The only positive part of this experience was the staff at the FedEx facility on Tudor St., especially Carina. She was very kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate her assistance. Thank you, Carina, for your help. Glad to know there are still people like you who genuinely care.
