- MAMark Alm4 days ago1.0Made me waste my time. Bro called to set up an appointment to offer new phone. Did not mention anything about bringing two pieces of ID to compete at transaction at the store. “I’m used to people having two IDs with them” was mentioned when I complained. Oh I’m sorry I don’t fit your regular status quo. Oh I’m sorry I’m too retarded and stupid to KNOW I should always bring TWO pieces of ID with me everywhere. Oh I’m sorry you may have thought I was too poor to complete a transaction the same day so you decided not to mention the ID requirements, I mean why else would you set up a meeting instead of just telling me over the phone if you just wanted to give me information. Not to mention the fact you even said “we can appraise your current phone for a discount” Like I understand if the mistake was on my end. Such as me setting up the appointment myself and then not doing my due diligence and ask questions, but I’m not the one who set this up, this agent did. It would have been nice to get a “by the way please make sure to bring two pieces of ID with you in the event that a transaction occurs” Went out of my way to make sure I make it to the agreed upon meeting. Was excited to switch phones and ask about other type of plans or add-one. Nope. Instead I wasted my time (oh I also waited because my meeting got delayed by about 20 minutes). Got a “sorry I’m used to people having two pieces of ID”. If this is the care that videotron employees give about their clients. I bid you adieu.
