  I had a great experience at this branch! Natsu helped get a new phone and new phone plan and I truly feel like I got the best deal I could have possibly gotten ! Thank you again for your help :)

  Worst customer service, dyana helped me and my wife, lied to what we where supposed to pay every month, she transferred us from virgin to bell for the commission!!! She gave us her number to call her for any other service. Tried calling her Tried texting her to ask about the discrepancy, she never replied! I have the texts saved! Had to call bell and stayed an hour to fix the issue, I was paying 70$ more than what she told us! Stay away from her! Liar !

  Yanis the one who helped me in person is the go to guy. Trust me, he is the ISH AND the best to deal with for your virgin plans, phones, etc. knew so much to do to help me with my brand new iPhone 17e and other plans. Very detailed concise, extremely friendly. Can say more but that would take another month. He is great.

  I had a very bad experience at this Virgin SIM store. I visited because my payment was not going through and I needed help, but the staff member (a young man) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, he told me to “do it myself” and said he couldn’t help. This was surprising because I had previously purchased my SIM from the same store. On top of that, he was busy on a video call with his girlfriend while I was trying to get support. When I called customer service from inside the store to resolve the issue, he angrily told me to go outside and talk, saying I couldn’t speak there. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this store due to poor customer service.
