Worst experience ever. The worst shiping company. I was at home waiting for the scheduled delivery but they didn't even use the telecome to ring the bell so I can open the door. They returned my package and costed me lots of time and energy...

Over $90 I’ll never get back. One month of waiting for nothing to happen. I had customs papers prepared for an international package. I asked them to print the papers and label and ship it. That was it. They stuffed the papers into the sleeve, no label on the package, and so it ended up getting frozen at clearance delay for a MONTH! When it finally got back to me this is how I found it. They did an ill job of ensuring the package was complete and labeled. Almost $100 I’ll never see again!!!

Middle-aged woman in charge will “of course you not” when ask if there are cheaper options for their service, with a weird smile will tell you that your documents will be held in customs and be surprised when you answer rudely to her terrible and rude customers service. Tourists, dont leave your money here, go to UPS across the street.
