Je souhaite souligner l’excellent service reçu aujourd’hui de la part d’un livreur FedEx à Verdun. Malgré un colis très lourd et le fait que je ne pouvais pas le transporter moi-même, il a eu la gentillesse de le monter jusqu’au 2e étage. Un geste qui allait au-delà de ses obligations et qui démontre un réel souci du service à la clientèle. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide et votre professionnalisme! 🙏👏

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I will never use FedEx at this location again. I chose this downtown location instead of the Staples in Brossard thinking it would be faster and more professional. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
I paid CAD $81 to ship urgent government immigration documents overnight. The employee clearly saw the nature of the documents, yet she processed the shipment without even asking whether I wanted signature confirmation.
What shocked me even more was that I was guaranteed delivery by May 21, 2026, no later than 5:00 PM. The package was processed on May 20 at 1:35 PM. I checked the tracking again on May 22, and the package is still in Mississauga instead of Nova Scotia where it was supposed to arrive the previous day.
Today is Friday, and now I am worried the package will sit through the weekend. Since no signature was requested, I may not even know which unit or department eventually receives and handles these sensitive documents.
For time-sensitive immigration documents, I expected much better communication and guidance, especially when paying for the most expensive shipping option. Basic things such as signature confirmation should have at least been discussed or recommended.
Ironically, I have had far better experiences with Canada Post locations, where employees routinely ask about signature options even for local mail within Montreal.
Very disappointing experience overall.

The staff today, especially the manager, were the most helpful people I’ve ever worked with when trying to ship internationally. They patiently and kindly helped us (for three hours!) to work through a nightmarishly bureaucratic international passport renewal. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement - I don’t think we’d have made it work without their guidance!
On peut mettre un -5 et poser des questions Encore une fois un beau paquet de Apple $$ non livré . Avertissement avec photo le vendredi d absence a la maison. Même photo le samedi alors qu’il y a tempête de neige et plus de 1 pieds sur la galerie…réponse de fed ex
Pas besoin de signature, la photo est une preuve. Clairement il ne se sont jamais présenté le samedi, j’ai une belle grosse camera très visible… Dernière fois avec cette cie.
