I had a great experience at the Bell Boutique on Saint-Martin in Laval, to renew cell phones and home services.
A special thank you to Jesse, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was pleasant to work with, always available, knowledgeable, professional, patient and truly went above and beyond. She took the time to clearly explain all the options, made sure everything was set up properly, and answered all our questions.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Jesse! Thank you Jesse! :)

There is a general manager there who, in my opinion, is not suited for this type of role, especially in a position where customer service should be delivered at the highest standard. It was a very poor experience overall.
When I later raised the issue and asked to speak with the manager, she told me, “He is in a meeting—I don’t know how long it will take, maybe 20 minutes or 2–3 hours, who knows.” However, he came out of the office after about 15 minutes, and she had already been away from her spot for over 10 minutes. Despite this, the manager did not address her behavior at all and simply said, “I will look into the matter.”
As we were leaving, she said, “Have a good day,” which I found inappropriate given the situation. I responded by telling her to do better, but the manager remained passive, seemingly unfazed by the entire interaction and her approach to customer service.
To be clear, I was there to assist my brother, not even for myself. However, after this experience, I would seriously reconsider dealing with Bell personally if this is the level of professionalism they accept—hiring individuals who show a lack of respect and do not seem to understand their role or responsibilities in serving customers!

Fabulous Service, I walked in tge store, and was looked after by Max the store Manager immediately. I have gone into this store a few times with questions, or phone issues, and every time, the service is great, and my questions always answered and my issues resolved. The employees are wonderful.
