  Salem Il a était super bien accuuillant pour nos questions et nos inquiétudes par rapport au changement au tout les appareils et l'internet aussi. Sinon super sourriant et très agréable pour parlé de tout et rien. 😀🥳

  Je n’ai jamais vue et reçu un service comme celui là de la part monsieur Neil. Je n’ai que dire son professionnalisme comme de sa patience à m’expliquer bien comme il faut et me rendre à l’aise. Par le passé, j’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec Bell et grâce à ce vendeur j’ai réellement un avis différent. Merci !

  I visited this cellphone store for a phone upgrade, and my experience was extremely disappointing. During the initial discussion, I was clearly quoted a specific monthly price and terms for the upgrade. Based on that information (which I have a proof by email), I agreed to proceed. However, when I later reviewed the contract, I noticed that the pricing and/or terms were different from what had agreed upon. The monthly cost was higher than what I was originally quoted, which felt misleading and unprofessional. This discrepancy was not properly explained at the time of signing, leaving me misinformed. Customers rely on transparency and honesty when making financial commitments, especially for long-term contracts like phone plans. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this store carefully review all documents before signing and ask for written confirmation of any quoted pricing. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the service and the lack of clarity in the transaction.
