It great if everything goes well, but trying to deal with non delivery issues is beyond frustrating. There is no option to speak with a human being, and they say next business day delivery if it was missed, but here I am 4 days later and nothing! If they would tell me to pick it up at the sorting facility, fine! But no communication at all, and in the meantime I can’t leave my house in case it arrives.
I will never choose this delivery company voluntarily, but I’m expecting an item that BestBuy uses, and as it was expensive, I’m nervous as well as angry and frustrated.
