  Would give 0 stars. Waiting on the iPhone 18 pro max in the time slot. Door never knocked on at all just puts a sign on the door. Didn’t attempt to deliver the product at all. That same morning called in and a rep told me they would reach out when the package was there cause I had to sign for it, even confirmed my number. Needed the new phone to transfer data for work. Been on the phone all day getting told different information from employees and managers. In the future if shipping ever says fedex I won’t use it for myself or our company. Horrible service. They always say they will look into it and nothing is done.

  These guys are crazy. They will come to the building, ring the bell and run as fast as they can before somebody can come to pick up. One missed, they will not try it again. To the opposite, they will ask to come pick up. Worst delivery service company. Amazon is way better.

  So disappointing. Nothing but a headache when dealing with Windsor fedEX. Absolutely ridiculous.
